Joint Base Lewis - McChord (JBLM) is a secure facility. You must submit the security requested by JBLM to have access to base.

If you have a CAC Card or a Retired Military ID Card, you DO NOT have to submit security.

The access form is for registered sponsors, exhibitors, and speakers only.

Deadline to submit security is Monday 2 MAR 2026.

Note that after hitting submit, you will still see a "Thank You" or confirmation page on your screen to let you know the submission was successful. Since the form is encrypted, you will not receive a confirmation email.

Can't remember if you submitted your security information? We will let you know if you have via reminder emails but you can always contact us at info@ssewest.com to check your status.

Invite you customers/contacts at JBLM, or military/DoD personnel located in the Pacific Northwest to attend TechNet PNW. Must have natural access (have a CAC) to attend. There is no fee to attend for military or government.
